Not So Sober Co. founders have been involved with the Food & Beverage Industry from the San Antonio TX and metro area with over 25 years of experience. Our staff of professional TABC certified and insured bartenders are here to provide a memorable and unique experience serving every guest in a safe environment.

Our founders have participated in numerous beverage city-wide events, including San Antonio Cocktail Conference in repeated years and cocktail competitions such as Best Margarita of the City, Whiskey Business and Margarita Madness Competitions.
